If you haven't read the section on EFT in your
book, be sure to do that now. Then tap for each of the
emotional themes listed in your book. Notice any feelings or
memories that come up and release the emotion from them.
Next, use the guides in the EFT chapter for the
common emotional themes and release an negative feelings. If
any one of these themes resonates with you, repeat that page as many
times as necessary to release that emotion.
Now go back to your book and use EFT for the your
limiting beliefs and your trigger feelings (pgs. 46-47). Then
tap for the behaviors you identified on page 55 and choose to forgive
yourself by tapping on those behaviors and any associated
feelings.
